Members of the posting department

  Amber is the Posting supervisor. She has worked for GMS since 2013. She has a bachelors degree of Fine Arts in Music as well as a minor in Business Entrepreneurship. Amber is a member of both the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi and NAfME. She maintains an organized and efficient department while keeping her employees focused. Amber has a vast knowledge of the company and uses that to assist in inter- department issues and aid other employees. She also internally tracks company metrics and progress to ensure GMS is meeting its expectations. Amber enjoys reading, writing, and gaming in her spare time.

Jean is a hard working member of the posting department and is one of the departments longest standing members. She has been with GMS since 2015.  She specializes in pediatrics and is always willing to go the extra mile for her clients and fellow coworkers. Jean is often described as dependable and upbeat and can always be found putting smiles on her coworkers faces and making them laugh. She has helped organize company picnics and is always willing to offer her assistance to any who may need it.

Emily is a capable, dependable, and innovative member of GMS. She has been working with GMS since 2015.  She excels in various clinic specialties as well as family practice. She sets a routine for her work and stays meticulously organized. Emily has put several check lists into place, assisted in creating the training manual for the department, and aids in getting clinics assigned and covered appropriately. She is always offering assistance for company activities and goes above and beyond while doing so and is never afraid to voice her opinions or concerns.

Josie has expertise in handling phone calls, obtaining prior auths, entering demographics into Advanced MD, and posting for both family practice clinics and specialty clinics. Josie has been with GMS since 2017.  She is focused in her work and always jumps in to aid her fellow coworkers in whatever way she is able. Josie is often described as delightful.

Ann specializes in posting for neonatal clinics and speaks fluent Spanish as a second language. Ann has been working with GMS since 2019.  She handles final notices and collections for the Neos and has continued to streamline her workflow. Ann has fundamental knowledge of patient payments and running statements for her clinics. Ann is also our Spanish interpreter and handles all Spanish phone calls.

Stephen is a multi-specialty poster.  He has been working with GMS since 2020.  He has gained knowledge in the various types of clinics GMS bills for and is ready to learn and absorb more information. When not at work, Stephen can be found playing video games or floating at the river.

Michael M. assists Michael P. in the IT department and specializes in Family Practice AR. He has been with GMS since 2023. Michael has taken over the role of EFT/EDI Specialist and has excelled in his new role.
