Members of the accounts resolution department

  Josh is the AR Administrator and is the longest standing member of the Accounts Resolution team. Josh has been working with GMS since 2008. He has working knowledge of all departments of GMS and is an excellent AR trainer. Josh is a charismatic team member who can often be found making coworkers laugh. When not working you can likely find Josh cheering on his favorite team and spending time with his wife and children.

  Michael is a long standing member of GMS and specializes in OB GYN AR. Michael has been with GMS since 2016.  Michael pays close attention to detail and is efficient in researching carrier policies. He is described as a self sufficient and diligent worker and is pursuing further education in Anthropology. Michael is married and enjoys imaginative tabletop fantasy games.

  Cheyenne specializes in Pain Management AR.  She has been working with GMS since April 2024.  

 Krystal specializes in Pain AR and has experience in leadership positions. Krystal has been with GMS since 2021.

Jon has been with GMS since 2021. He specializes in Medicaid Portal Ar, and in projects as needed. 

Kari has been with GMS since 2024.  She specializes in Neonatology AR.  

 Helen specializes in pediatric AR and takes great pride in her work. Helen has been with GMS since 2023. She enjoys seeing outstanding claims getting paid and increase in payments for her providers.

 Rebecca is a multi-specialist with experience in Ophthalmology, GI, Pain, and more. She has been working for GMs since 2023. She is very friendly and is never afraid to ask questions to ensure any issues get addressed and resolved as quickly as possible.  

 Ava specializes in Pain Management AR. She has been working for GMS since 2024. She is very friendly and is never afraid to ask questions to ensure any issues get addressed and resolved as quickly as possible.  

 Shasta is  a multi-specialist with her main specialties being Neonatology and Pediatrics. She has worked with GMS since 2020.  She also has experience with pain and family practice and is always ready to jump in and help a coworker out.
