Marcus has been a member of the GMS team since 2008. Marcus transitioned into the Billing Supervisor role, and remains the credentialing departmental supervisor. He also works with clients who need training on system use. Marcus has knowledge of all departments and is a wonderful resource for all. When not working he can be found enjoying a good movie or researching family history.
Mariah has been with GMS since 2012 and serves as the company’s primary credentialing specialist. She works closely with providers and health plans to obtain contracts, secure network status, and ensure that payers honor their agreements with providers. Known for her organization and attention to detail, Mariah is a trusted expert in managing credentialing processes. She keeps CAQH profiles up to date, is highly experienced with PECOS, and has also completed the GMS CPB billing course.
Originally from Sullivan, Missouri, Mariah brings her dedication and thoroughness to every part of her department. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, thrift store shopping, and spending time outdoors with her family. This year she even canned her own pickles—a proud accomplishment that shows her love for hands-on projects.
Mariah is also a fan of classic and modern favorites alike—Dirty Dancing, Yellowstone, and Grey’s Anatomy are among her go-to shows and movies. Above all, she is incredibly proud of her family: her two children, two bonus children, and her beloved grandchildren—Louis (aka “Tater” the first of the twin tornadoes), age 5; Matthias (the second of the “Twin Tornadoes”), age 3; Emma, age 4; Summer, age 7; Gracie, age 2; and of course, Matthias’s twin sibling. They are her greatest joy and source of pride.

Abby has been part of GMS since 2017 and currently assists the Patient Accounts Department, working closely with Dani on accounts that are eligible for collections. She began her journey at GMS in Accounts Receivable and still lends her expertise to the AR department whenever needed. Abby is especially experienced in Neonatology AR, making her a versatile and dependable member of the team.
Before joining GMS, Abby gained a wide range of professional experience, including time as a Naturalist at a State Park and a Lab Technician at Bayer. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, blending her love of science and the natural world with her professional career.
Originally from Bourbon, Missouri, Abby enjoys reading, writing fiction, and taking walks in natural areas. She also loves movies—her favorite is the cult classic Big Trouble in Little China.
Her adventurous spirit shines through in her favorite quote from The Lord of the Rings:

Abby brings curiosity, creativity, and dedication to everything she does—whether she’s supporting Patient Accounts, helping in AR, or getting swept away into new worlds through books and stories.
Pattie has been part of GMS since 2018, serving as the company’s timekeeping clerk. She works closely with all team members to ensure that records are accurate, payroll is processed correctly, and time-off requests are tracked and approved. With her strong background in accounting and office support, Pattie also has experience with accounts payable, payroll functions, spreadsheets, and MS Word. She holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Accounting and Accounting Clerk, which she proudly earned from ECC at the age of 43.
Known for her pleasant demeanor and collaborative spirit, Pattie enjoys building positive relationships with her coworkers and contributing to the smooth operations of the company.
Originally from St. Charles, Missouri, Pattie has a love for chocolate (anything chocolate!), as well as Elvis, NCIS and John Wayne movies. Many people don’t know that she was even a truck driver for two years, an experience that speaks to her adventurous side. Outside of work, she enjoys riding her Spyder motorcycle and spending time with her family—especially her significant other Cliff, her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

With her technical skills, steady reliability, and caring personality, Pattie is both a cornerstone of the GMS team and a beloved presence to those who know her best.
Tennille has been a key part of GMS since 2021, serving as both the main receptionist and a central scheduling specialist. She is responsible for inputting patient schedules and verifying insurance coverage ahead of the billing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency for both patients and providers.
Before joining GMS, Tennille gained valuable experience as a preschool teacher and assistant store manager, roles that helped develop her organizational skills, adaptability, and warm approach to working with people. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and has also completed the CPB course through GMS.
Originally from Sullivan, Missouri, Tennille enjoys painting, spending time with her family, and caring for her dog, Peppers. She is also a big fan of Star Wars and anime, and brings her creative spirit and positivity into everything she does.

Helen joined GMS in 2024 and plays an important role in central scheduling and insurance verification. She is known as a reliable resource for projects that need extra support and is currently in training to transition onto the billing team. Her adaptability and eagerness to learn make her a strong and versatile team member.
Originally from Cuba, Helen brings a unique perspective and a warm energy to GMS. Outside of work, she enjoys music, swimming, movies, and taking walks with her kids. She’s a big fan of shows like Supernatural, Ghost Whisperer, and The Walking Dead, as well as the Fast and Furious movie franchise.
Helen also enjoys reading, with James Patterson being her favorite author. She has a love for the nighttime, the moon, wolves, and big cats, which reflects her appreciation for both mystery and beauty in the world.
Family is at the heart of Helen’s life, and she cherishes her time with her children: Sabrina, Katelyn, and Sebastian. Her balance of dedication to work and devotion to her family makes her an invaluable part of the GMS team.
Emilee joined GMS in October 2024 as a secondary receptionist, where she also assists the central scheduling associate. In addition, she supports the Neonatology Clinics by completing insurance workups, a task she has quickly grown to enjoy. Her positive attitude and willingness to learn have already made her a valued member of the team.
Before coming to GMS, Emilee worked as a dental assistant, gaining hands-on experience in healthcare and patient support.
Originally from St. James, Missouri, Emilee enjoys baking, spending time with her husband, and their chocolate lab. She’s a fan of pizza, Mexican food, and winding down with episodes of The Office.
Her blend of friendliness, attention to detail, and enthusiasm makes her a wonderful addition to the GMS family.
Bobby has been with GMS since 2015. He is commonly known as Bozo. His hobbies include playing the guitar and dobro, going to church, and hunting. He is always happy to help with any maintenance related issues.
